We're a small business. That means that when you do business with us, you are dealing diectly with "the boss" and the boss can do whatever it takes to make you a happy customer. 

We don't carry the volume of inventory the big box stores do because we don't want stuff sitting on the shelf. That doesn't mean we can't get you what you need. Think of us as the concierge to your pet. If there is something your pet uses regularly, let us know and we'll do our best to stock it for you at a competetive price. If there is something special you need, like a supplement in a form that's more palatable for your pet, or a special order accessory, we can help with that. Pets besides dogs and cats?
